PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device capable of holding a second light-shielding member, in a state where a shutter aperture part is opened with simple structure, without providing a special interlocking mechanism between the shutter device and the outside, and without having to electrically hold the second light-shielding member. SOLUTION: The shutter device has a holding member 151 capable of advancing into operation trajectories of second light-shielding members 132, 137 and holding the second light-shielding members in a state with the shutter aperture part open, the holding member 151 is evacuated from the inside of the operating trajectories to the outside of the operating trajectories of the second light-shielding members, when the second light-shielding members are suctioned and held, is capable of operating the second-shielding members, when the suction and holding of the second light-shielding members is released, is still in a state that it advances into the operation trajectories of the second light-shielding members, when the second light-shielding members are not suctioned and held; and even if the charged state of the second light-shielding members is released, the second light-shielding members are held in a state with the shutter aperture part being open.
