PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive silver halide color photographic material for a movie which makes it possible to impart a technique for increasing the developing speed of a yellow developing image layer of an image portion. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material includes on a transparent support a yellow developing photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a cyan developing photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a magenta developing photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer, wherein the silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains a compound capable of releasing a diffusion resistant bleaching inhibitor by reaction with the oxidized body of a developing agent, photosensitive silver halide grains contained in the yellow developing photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer have an average grain size of≤0.4μm and a silver chloride content of≥95 mol% with respect to the a total silver amount, and the photosensitive silver halide grains include photosensitive silver halide grains in which iodide ions have a concentration maximum in grain surfaces and the iodide ion concentration lowers inward.
