PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a steel door constituted in the predetermined plate thickness via a frame material between a pair of metallic obverse-reverse face plates, with excellent waterproofness, while enhancing design. SOLUTION: When constituting the steel door 1 having the predetermined plate thickness via the frame material 12 between the pair of metallic obverse-reverse face plates 8 and 7, the obverse face plate 8 is formed by connecting a pair of left-right first and second divided face plates 9 and 9, and these first and second divided face plates 9 and 10 are constituted with excellent waterproofness by being connected via a connecting body 11 for forming a recessed groove part 11c for inserting bending pieces 9b and 10b formed in these end parts and an abutting piece 11e formed on the tip of the recessed groove part 11c and abutting on the first and second divided face plates 9 and 10.
