PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder clamp which is externally fitted onto a winding drum of a horizontal blind in a manner capable of slipping, and functions to support a ladder cord or a ladder tape, wherein the ladder clamp is defined with respect to its lateral direction. SOLUTION: The ladder clamp is formed of front and rear arched plate portions which are rotatably connected to each other via a pin laterally extending at a depthwise midpoint of the ladder clamp. The front and rear arched plate portions have front and rear engaging projections 14a, 14b formed on external peripheral surfaces thereof, respectively, which have front and rear engaging grooves 13a, 13b, for engaging front and rear upper ends of the ladder code 17 or the ladder tape, respectively. Further the ladder clamp has a female screw M formed in an internal peripheral surface thereof, which is engageable with a male screw F formed on an external peripheral surface of the winding drum.
