PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash frame installing method replacing an installing method by welding work; and a skeleton side installing material used in this method, in sash frame installing work to a concrete building. SOLUTION: The skeleton side installing material is composed of a relay adjusting part for arranging a bolt penetrating hole in a platy material, an embedding part to concrete, and a domed partition part for partitioning the embedding part and the relay adjusting part. The function adapted to this method is added to a conventional sash frame side installing material or a conventional material having an installation base and a sash frame side connecting part as for the sash frame. A skeleton side connecting part is formed by arranging the bolt penetrating hole in the platy material as a skeleton side receiving material of the sash frame side installing material. When installing a sash frame in a skeleton, the skeleton side connecting part is installed in the relay adjusting part of the skeleton side installing material. Both installing materials are installed by bolt/nut fastening, after adjusting a vertical/lateral position of the sash frame by the sash frame side installing material and the skeleton side connecting part, by adjusting going in and out of the sash frame.
