PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTFE resin molded item which is excellent in initial adhesive strength and can maintain the excellent adhesive strength even in a high temperature environment, and to provide a monolithic structure using the PTFE resin molded body and their preparation process. SOLUTION: This PTFE resin molded item comprises at least PTFE resin and an inorganic oxide. At least a part of the inorganic oxide is dispersed with a particle size of not more than 0.5μm. By unifying the PTFE resin molded item and a molded item consisting of a fluorine polymer, the monolithic structure of the PTFE resin molded item and the fluorine polymer molded item is obtained. In the preparation process of this PTFE resin molded item, a molded item consisting of an uncalcined and porous PTFE resin is immersed in a treatment liquid and then the PTFE resin molded item is calcined.
