PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet handling device capable of preventing a stacking part from being filled soon by increasing the number of sheet to be housed in the stacking part for rejection. SOLUTION: The paper sheet handling device is provided with a set part 2a for setting tickets, a take-in part 2 for taking the tickets set in the set part 1a, a feeding passage 9 for feeding the tickets taken by the take-in part 2, a determination part 41 for determining whether the ticket is a damaged ticket or not on the basis of condition of the ticket fed by the feeding passage 9, stacking parts 28-33 for stacking the tickets determined as the damaged tickets by the determination part 41, and pushers 46a-46f for repeatedly pushing the tickets stacked in the stacking parts 28-33 toward the inner bottom part of the stacking parts 28-33 per each time when stacking height thereof reaches the predetermined height.
