PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deceleration control device of a vehicle capable of suppressing deterioration of travel feeling when it is determined that the deceleration is continuously required for a short period of time. SOLUTION: The deceleration control device of the vehicle operates a braking device 200 generating a braking force at least to the vehicle, and performs the deceleration control of the vehicle so that a target deceleration 604 acts on the vehicle. When it is determined that the deceleration is needed for the vehicle as the determination at a first time point T1, the first target deceleration 604 is obtained. When the deceleration control is performed based on the first target deceleration, the first target deceleration is maintained when it is determined that the deceleration is needed for the vehicle as the determination at a second time point T2, and the deceleration control based on the first target deceleration is performed as the deceleration control after the determination is performed at the second time point.
