摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely check the defect of respective welding spots, and further to specify the position of the defect when the defect has been found. SOLUTION: A robot control apparatus 101 and a welding control apparatus 200 comprise a welding control section 201 for controlling the magnitude of a welding electric current and the welding time according to the welding teaching data including the positions and the numbers of the welding spots which have been preliminarily set for every specification of workpieces, a car-body-management-number acquiring section 202, and a transmitting section 203 for transmitting the welding data including the welding-spot-number of the welded spot position and the management number given to the car body. On the other hand, a welding management apparatus 400 comprises a welding-spot-number-list storing section 402 for storing the welding-spot-number-lists for every car body, and a defect discriminating section 404 for specifying the car body based on the car-body-managing-number included in the welding data received from the respective welding control apparatuses 200 and for discriminating the existence and absence of the defect of the welding spot by comparing the welding-spot-number included in the welding data with the welding-spot-number-list of the car body.
