PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately seal a part of an electric component, which is mounted on a circuit board, projecting from a component insertion hole formed in a case cover to the outside. SOLUTION: After a connector 7 is mounted on the circuit board 3 by inserting an electric connection terminal 11 of the connector 7 from a terminal escape hole 34 of a coating member 4 into a terminal insertion hole 8 of the circuit board 3 and being attached to a bump 14 on the circuit board 3 with solder 36, the circuit board 3 is mounted on a case base 1, a case cover 2 covers over the circuit board 3 and the case base 1, a main swelling part 25 of the case cover 2 covers over the electric component 6 excluding the connector 7, the upper part of a connector body 10 penetrates through the component insertion hole 27 of the case cover 2 and projects from the inside space of a sub swelling part 26 to the outside, a rib 28 of the case cover 2 is fitted inside a peripheral wall 32 in the coating member 4, the rib 28 comes into contact with a protection substrate 31 or approaches to almost contact therewith and opposes to each other, and the sub swelling part 26 covers over the circumference of the outside in the peripheral wall 32 of the coating member 4.
