<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform image formation in which an influence of reverse transfer is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: Fogging by black toner is suppressed to improve image quality by performing the image formation using the black toner with the largest influence of the fogging due to the reverse transfer in the first developer image formation order. For the toner, approximately spherical toner with high fluidity and sufficient transferability is used.
