<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a laminate film that has a low reflectance, excellent adhesivity, surface state and scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The film is obtained by coating a substrate containing a transparent resin directly or through another layer with a coating liquid containing a silicon compound to carry out sol-gel reaction to obtain a film forming a low refractive index layer having ≤1.4 refractive index.
