摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the height from a floor surface to the upper surface of a Dewar 7. SOLUTION: A sensor tube (10i) is laterally protruded from a circumferential surface at a distance hb upward from the bottom surface of an inner tank (7i) of a cylindrical-container shape storing liquid helium (70). A superconductive magnetic sensor (11) is installed inside the sensor tube (10i). A soaking material (74) is provided in such a way that its lower part may be soaked in the liquid helium (70) and that its upper part may be exposed to the space above the liquid helium (70) when the liquid helium (70) is reduced. Since the height from a floor surface to the upper surface of a Dewar 7 is suppressed by the hb, maintenance work such as the replenishment of the liquid helium (70) is facilitated, the height of the ceiling of a magnetic shield room is lowered to reduce costs. Since the soaking material (74) cools the space above the liquid helium (70) even if the liquid helium (70) is reduced, the superconductive magnetic sensor (11) is cooled.
