PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge an operator to quickly recognize the film surface state such as existence or non-existence of uneven portions. SOLUTION: When the voltage value V of the output signal of a photosensitive element for receiving the reflecting light reflected from a film becomes the threshold voltage Vth1 or less (S21), transfer of film is stopped as the film is not loaded (S22). When the voltage value V reaches the voltage between the threshold voltage Vth1 and the threshold voltage Vth2 (S23), transfer of film is stopped as there are uneven portions on the film (S26) and such state is notified using display and speaker (S27).
