PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for multiple dwelling house improving the user-friendliness capable of performing smooth unloading even in simultaneous unloading. SOLUTION: By operating a living room master unit, a touch panel is made to display an unloading main screen (S1). If an unloading button is pressed (S2), and if it is not an unloading operation prohibition time zone (S3), a multistory parking space controller performs control for making a resident's vehicle whose operation for unloading has been performed in an unloading-standby state, based on information stored in a memory (S4). If it is an unloading operation prohibition time zone, the controller does not perform any unloading operation and allows the living room master unit to display that effect (S12). When a vehicle in an unloading-standby state is not unloaded even after a predetermined period of time passes, the multistory parking space controller cancels the unloading operation for the vehicle, and shifts to unloading operation for the next vehicle waiting for unloading.
