PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color correction apparatus capable of simply correcting colors of a proof image created by a prescribed image reproduction system and to provide a color correction program which allows a computer to act like the color correction apparatus. SOLUTION: The color correction apparatus includes: a first colorimetric value acquisition section 530 for acquiring a first colorimetric value obtained by applying colorimetric processing to a dot chart image outputted from a target system; a second colorimetric value acquisition section 540 for acquiring a second colorimetric value obtained by applying colorimetric processing to a reproduced dot chart image outputted from the image reproduction system; a dot gain difference calculation section 550 for calculating a difference of a dot gain between the target system and the image reproduction system on the basis of the first and the second colorimetric values; and a color correction section 560 for integrating the color correction on the basis of the dot gain difference calculated by the dot gain difference calculation section 550 into the image reproduction system.
