PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of restoring a data file in which a restoration algorithm is simple and a traffic required for restoring is little, and which can be restored in a short time without control of a hardware. SOLUTION: In a restoring system for restoring a control file faulted in a node, an equipment operation apparatus includes an initialization directing unit 1420 for directing the initialization of the control file, a restoration data origination unit 1300 for creating the restoration data for reproducing the control file 2210 in the node in front of a failure by referring to a supervisory control database 1200, and a transmitting unit 1430 for transmitting the created restoration data after the initialization direction. The node includes a control file initialization unit 2310 for initializing the control file when it receives the initialization direction, and a control file restoration unit 2320 for reproducing the initialized control file to the control file in front of the failure based on the restoration data when it receives the restoration data.
