PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor system which makes clear when, where, and in what state an event and an accident occurred with images, sounds, positional information, and photographing time, without fixing or limiting crime prevention areas. SOLUTION: The monitor system is equipped with a mobile terminal, which has at least a camera inside and is mounted on a moving body to take pictures by the camera at specified intervals and transmit them wirelessly and a server which receives, records, and manages the images photographed by the mobile terminal. Further, the mobile terminal is equipped with a sound input means of inputting a sound and transmits the sound inputted by the sound input means to the server, which records and manages the received sound information.
