PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder guard structure in a construction machine capable of preventing cylinder guards from being used for a footing by an operator who getting on/off a driver's seat in the case the cylinder guards for protecting piping constructed so as to parallel with a cylinder itself or a cylinder is put on the cylinder in the construction machine provided so that the cylinder for making a working device operate is located downward from the driver's seat in a state to stop working and that it is in an approximately horizontal state to the ground. SOLUTION: The cylinder guard structure is so constituted that the operator getting on and off the driver's seat does not use the cylinder guards 17L and 17R as the footing by inclining the upper surfaces of the cylinder guards 17L and 17R.
