PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out a compact from a die in a crack-free state, and to attain continuous forming. SOLUTION: The forming device has a die structure in which an upper die 1 and a lower die 2 divided into the vertical direction, i.e., upward and downward, and a left punch 3 and a right punch 4 movable in a horizontal direction are combined. The forming device is further provided with an upper coil 6 and a lower coil 7 applying magnetic fields, and transverse magnetic field forming is performed. A lower punch 5 is built into the lower die 2, and by elevating the lower punch 5 or lowering the lower die 2, the compact can be taken out from the die in a state of being supported at the upper face 5a of the lower punch 5.
