PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize cost down in a grain processing facility receiving and preparing grains such as rice and wheat. SOLUTION: In this grain processing facility so constituted that a processing step may be changed from a step of color-sorting, in a color-sorting part 7, a grain husked and sorted in a preparing part 6 and moving it to a shipping part 8 to a step from the preparing part 6 to the shipping part 8, a bulk shipping means provided with a plurality of bulk shipping tanks 72, and a packing and shipping means constituting a packing means 68 are provided in the shipping part so that the grain received to the color-sorting part is sorted into a good-color product and a no-good-color grain, that the good-color product is fed to the packing and shipping means of the shipping part, and that the no-good-color grain is discharged to one of the bulk shipping tanks 72 in the bulk shipping means.
