PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing method of a volatile component from a solution or a slurried material that prevents the volatile component gas such as an alcohol, an organic solvent and the like vaporized by heating the solution or slurried material from being dissolved in the solvent again and that is capable of removing the volatile component in high efficiency, and to provide its apparatus. SOLUTION: In the method by heating the solution or slurried material containing the volatile component and vaporizing the volatile component to remove from the solution or slurried material, it comprises supplying a carrier gas G0 into the solution or slurried material and removing the volatile component gas G1 vaporized in the carrier gas G0 by incorporation, thereby removing the volatile component in high efficiency by preventing the vaporized volatile component gas G1 from being dissolved into the solvent again because the vaporized volatile component gas G1 is incorporated into the carrier gas G0.
