The centrifuge (1) has elastic intermediate body (9) arranged between upper end (50) of rotor shaft (5) and cover (14) of casing (10). The rotor (2) is provided in the casing. The shaft is connected to the casing and supported centrally at upper end of cover. Channels (18,13) are provided for supplying liquid to be cleaned under pressure and discharging clean, pressure-free liquid.
