<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lane recognition image processing device capable of reducing a size and a price and performing precise positional control on a lane marking. <P>SOLUTION: This lane recognition image processing device is provided with a photographing means 100 photographing a lane, an image storage means 200 storing an image acquired by the photographing means, a lane marking search window setting means 300 setting a lane marking search area in the stored image, a lane marking candidate point extraction means 400 extracting a lane marking candidate point from the set search area, a lane marking candidate point aberration correction means 300 converting the coordinate of the extracted lane marking candidate point into that corrected in aberration, a lane recognition means 600a approximating a set of converted lane marking candidate points by a mathematic model expression and deriving a lane marking mathematic model expression, and a lane recognition result output means 700 outputting a lane recognition result acquired from the derived lane marking mathematical model expression. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
