TECHNOLOGY FOR DEFINING, USING AND PROCESSING RIGHT MANAGEMENT DATA STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a process, for defining and/or describing a data characteristic inside a safe electronic right management container.

SOLUTION: A descriptive data structure provides abstract expression of a right management data structure such as the safe container. The abstract expression can be described with arrangement of the right management data structure, for example. It can provide even metadata for describing or defining another characteristic of use and/or processing of the right management data structure. For example, the descriptive data structure can provide a perfectibility restriction condition providing a statement method of a rule about accompanying information. The abstract expression can be used so as to produce the right management data structures having mutual operability and compatibility to each other. The arrangement thereof holds flexibility and easiness of the use without threatening safety.
