<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph automatic vending device having a pen holder allowing a user easily to hold an input pen in a prescribed position, and to provide the pen holder. <P>SOLUTION: In this touch pen holder 64, both the ends in a longitudinal direction are opened, a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction has a nearly recessed structure, and a body part of the touch pen 62 is pinched by pinch parts 67a, 67b from both the sides in a short direction and is stored in the center of a recessed part. Thus, because pinching the body part of the touch pen 62 from the both sides, the touch pen 62 hardly drops.
