<p>The hot food sales installation accommodates food, heats it and presents it for sale and has lower and upper heating elements (26-31;36-41), lighting and other relevant equipment arranged in arbitrarily selected groups operating on the basic principle of master and slave. With a control (21,22,32-35) the temperatures in a selected group are the same, the number of switches to be operated are reduced and at all times the groups can be freshly defined corresponding to changing requirements.</p> |
