<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser guide for a working machine provided with antireflection films in which peeling is suppressed and characteristics are stable even in a severe using environment. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser guide 10 for transmitting laser light from a laser generation source, guide constituting members 11a 14 are provided at the optical path of laser light, and the light incident surface and light emitting surface of the guide constituting members 11a, 14 are coated with antireflection films 15, 16 each composed of a mutual stacked body of a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer. Both the high refractive index layer and low refractive index layer in each mutual stacked body composing the antireflection films 15, 16 are formed by an ion beam assisted deposition process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
