COLOR FILTER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter by highly precisely correcting defects caused in a colored layer, and to provide the color filter in which the defects caused in the colored layer at the time of being manufactured are corrected and which is high in quality without any color mixtureor the like.

SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the color filter comprises: a colored layer formation process for forming the colored layer by applying coating liquid for forming the colored layer to an area for forming the colored layer on a base consisting of inorganic substances; a plasma irradiation process for irradiating plasma using a fluorine compound as introductory gas on a periphery part of the opening formed on the colored layer; and a defect correction process for forming a corrected colored layer by applying the coating liquid for forming the colored layer to the opening and correcting the defects.
