<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-speed reading by shortening the period of overcharging. <P>SOLUTION: This sense amplifier circuit comprises a current mirror circuit 1, a precharge circuit 2, and a load circuit 3 whose output parts are connected to the input part of the input circuit side of the current mirror circuit 1, a precharge circuit 2R and a load circuit 3R whose output parts are connected to the input part of the comparator circuit side of the current mirror circuit 1.
