<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method of a pipe by a pig, capable of efficiently washing the pipe even after a highly viscous liquid substance is transported in the pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The washing method of the pipe used for transporting the liquid substance is characterized in that washing is carried out by a pair of pigs and a detergent packed between the pigs.
