<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel unit for use in constructing a building structure such as a dome-like roof or other large-span roofs, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a sealed space filled with foam resin at high pressure is divided by partition members arranged within a frame face of a peripheral side frame, to form a plurality of cells. Each cell has a filling port and an air vent hole.
