PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for constituent measurement to surely take a specimen even if the amount of the specimen is minute. SOLUTION: The chip 1 is put to use in a mounted state on a constituent measuring instrument. The chip 1 is equipped with a chip body 2, a mortar-shaped liquid guide part 3 formed on an end part of the chip body 2, test paper 5 capable of absorbing the specimen and placed on the rear face side of the guide part 3, and a nail 4 mounted on the measuring instrument. The guide part 3 comprises a taper-shaped liquid guide surface 31 with its outer diameter gradually increasing toward the end, a bottom plate 32, and a through hole 33 formed through the bottom plate 32.
