PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified moisture-sampling apparatus that has a simple structure, is operated easily, and can sample the moisture of fresh concrete effectively. SOLUTION: The moisture-sampling apparatus in which filter paper is preferably fitted exchangeably has a cylindrical filtering adaptor and a suction pump, the bottom section of a suction chamber inside the filtering adaptor is formed so that it can freely pass liquid by a porous plate, the filter paper is sealed to the porous bottom section, a suction port is provided at the upper portion of the suction chamber, the suction pump is detachably fitted to the filtering adaptor by inserting the tip of the suction pump into the suction port, and the bottom section of the filtering adaptor adheres to the fresh concrete for sucking the moisture of the concrete through the filter paper fully.
