PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a hot water supply header capable of improving a feeling of supply hot water usage by allowing even adjustment of an output hot water flow rate by hot water tap operation of a terminal of one system while maintaining the output hot water flow rate at a set flow rate in the one system even when an operating condition in another system changes during supply hot water usage of the one system. SOLUTION: Opening of a flow control valve of each system is converged to an optimal position providing the set flow rate on the basis of a detected flow rate, and the optimal position is stored. In a state of holding the flow control valve of the one system in the stored position (S21), when the operating condition in the other system changes (YES in S22), the opening is converged to a new optimal position again to maintain the set flow rate, and the optimal position is stored and updated. If there is no change in the operating condition of the other system, even when the detected flow rate in the one system changes, opening change of the flow control valve of the one system for maintaining the set flow rate is prohibited, and the flow control valve is maintained at the same opening (S23).
