HOT WATER STORAGE TANK, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type hot water storage tank that is hardly affected even when it is used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The hot water storage tank is composed of a pair of segments 11 and 11' comprising pressed products of thin plates comprising a steel plates. Each segment 11 and 11' is provided with a swelling part 14 or 14' swelling outward, and a joint 15 or 15b' formed on an outer circumferential rim of the swelling part 14 or 14'. The segments 11 and 11' are provided with an opening 17 for welding which can be closed by a closing member 12 after welding. A joint 15 is welded from an inner side of a storage part 13 in a state of abutting the joints 15b and 15b' such that each swelling part 14 and 14' is in an outer side, and the storage part 13 is formed in an interior.
