PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal preventing function in forming features of a nut and a bolt to prevent the nut and bolt from being removed by tampering. SOLUTION: This tamper-proof top stop nut and bolt can not be removed by a tool exclusively used for fastening as well as a commercially available tool by forming a tool engagement face to which rotational pressure is added, at a fastening direction side of upper faces of nut and bolt reduced toward the axial tip direction, and forming an inclined or curved face at an unfastening direction side.
