PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board having a stable electromagnetic noise suppressing effect. SOLUTION: The printed wiring board 1 is such that part or all of the most external layer is coated with a magnetic substance layer 2. The magnetic substance layer 2 contains ferrite-coated metal magnetic fine particles, each of which consists of a core material consisting of a metal magnetic fine particle which is coated with a ferrite layer containing a polymer which contains a carboxyl group. The core material consisting of the metal magnetic fine particle contains at least one kind selected among carbonyl iron, Fe-Cr alloy, Fe-Ni alloy, Fe-Si-Al alloy, Fe-Si alloy, Fe-Co alloy, and Fe-Cr-Al alloy.
