PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board wherein stable impedance can be set, as well as an interface controller which can transmit a stable differential signal. SOLUTION: The printed wiring board is provided with a pair of signal patterns arranged close to each other to transmit a differential signal. It is also provided with a pair of GND patterns 15 arranged outside the signal patterns 10 and 11 along them, a dielectric substance 2 for adjusting impedance that covers the signal patterns while being in contact therewith, and a connection conductor 1 that is formed on the dielectric substance and whose both ends are connected with the GND patterns.
