摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control luminescent color without changing a manufacturing condition or a film material by forming, on a radiation-transmitting bulb with a surface frosted, a film by unevenly changing the film thickness to adjust the film thickness thereof. SOLUTION: The depth of the frost 19 formed by applying a frost treatment to a surface of a bulb 12 made of quartz glass is set to around 4μm or over. A low-reflectivity film 21 containing SiO<SB>2</SB>as a main constituent is formed as a first layer on the frost 19 by applying it by a dipping method and thereafter baking it; and a high-reflectivity film 22 containing Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>as a main constituent is formed as the second layer by applying it by a dipping method and thereafter baking it.
