PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet which is applied to a site to be cooled of a human body or the like for cooling it and exhibits an excellent cooling effect. SOLUTION: The cooling sheet 1 is provided with a water-containing gel layer 2. One surface of the water-containing gel layer 2 is a flat and smooth pasting surface 3 and the other surface is an exposed surface 5 which has a surface area larger than that of the pasting surface 3.
