<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic recording paper with a sophisticated touch which has a feeling of photographic paper fashion (appearance, hand feeling and glossiness) on the back. <P>SOLUTION: In this recording paper with an ink acceptance layer containing a pigment and a binding agent formed on a support, a thermoplastic resin layer is formed on the back of the support by laminating a thermoplastic resin and hardening the thermoplastic resin by cooling using a cooling roll with a mirror finish. Further, a coating layer containing an inorganic pigment and a binder, is formed on the thermoplastic resin layer so that the 75° glossiness of the back surface is not more than 50%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
