DIELECTRIC SUBSTANCE RESONATOR, DIELECTRIC SUBSTANCE FILTER, AND RADIO COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric substance resonator which can remarkably improve the design accuracy of a resonance frequency and can simplify processes, and also to provide a dielectric substance filter using the resonator.

SOLUTION: The dielectric substance resonator without any via conductor by arranging an upper electrode 4a and a lower electrode 4b on both surfaces of a dielectric substance board 1, and forming a resonance hole 3 to an internal metallized layer 2 formed therein. The dielectric substance resonators are arranged in a plurality of stages and a laminated waveguide 6 formed of the string of the via conductor 5 is used for an input and an output of a signal in order to form a dielectric substance filter.
