<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving force controller for preventing a shock due to turn-off of a clutch and reducing the rise of an armature current in a motor when a vehicle changes to a two-wheel driving condition. <P>SOLUTION: When a motor torque requirement value Tmrq becomes a torque requirement threshold Tmrq<SB>TH</SB>for determining that a torque is not required due to a four-wheel driving performance or less, an electromagnetic current instruction value Ifm of the motor is gradually reduced at a second reduction rate ΔIfm.
