AMINE TYPE ANION EXCHANGE FIBER AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow synthesis of a collection material having a molecular structure with high degree of freedom and easily entrapping an element to be adsorbed which can surmount a problem such as a diffusion rate and an adsorption rate difficult in a conventional technique.

SOLUTION: A method for producing an amine type anion exchange fiber comprises graft-polymerization of a base material of a non-woven fabric or a mono filament-shape made of a polyolefin fiber or a polyethylene-coated polypropylene fiber with N-vinyl formamide by a radiation graft-polymerization method, and then treatment of a formamide group to be its graft-side chain with a NaOH solution to convert into an amino group.
