<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of improving waterproofness of a main body unit. <P>SOLUTION: A portable computer as an example of the electronic device is provided with a casing 10 having a bottom wall 15, to which a keyboard is arranged, and a circuit board 13 housed inside the casing body 10. An opening part 45 is formed in the bottom wall 15 of the casing 10. Through the opening part 45, a part of the circuit board 13, for example, a connector 47 for connection to the keyboard is exposed. Between the bottom wall 15 and the keyboard, a sheet 50 functioning as a waterproof sheet is arranged. The sheet 50 covers the opening part 45 from the upper side.
