PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage for a rolling bearing capable of reducing the noise of the cage without impairing torque performance and durability, and to provide the rolling bearing having superior acoustic performance in addition to its torque performance and durability. SOLUTION: A deep groove ball bearing comprises an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2, a plurality of rolling elements 3 mounted so as to be rollable between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, a crown-shaped cage 4 for retaining the plurality of rolling elements 3 between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, and shields 5, 5 for almost entirely covering an opening of a clearance between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2. The crown-shaped cage 4 is composed of a resin composition prepared by adding piezoelectric ceramic and carbon black to a polyamide 66, and manufactured by an injection molding method.
