PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus the reception sensitivity of which can be enhanced by avoiding voltage loss by a distributor, when only one receiver is in operation and to provide an on-vehicle apparatus incorporating the receiving apparatus. SOLUTION: A tuner unit 10 provided with a plurality of receivers 13, 14 for receiving a plurality of kinds of broadcast waves included in a radio wave received by an antenna 60; and a distributor 12 for distributing radio waves received by the antenna 60 into the number equal to the number of a plurality of the receivers 13, 14, includes a distribution radio wave supply path BD1 for supplying the received radio wave to a plurality of the receivers 13, 14 via the distributor 12; a plurality of individual radio wave supply paths KD1, KD2 for individually supplying the received radio waves to a plurality of the receivers 13, 14 and not through the distributor 12; and an audio control section 11 that uses only one of the individual radio wave supply paths KD1, KD2 for the radio wave supply path for supplying the received radio wave only to the operating receiver, when only one of the receivers 13, 14 is in operation and that uses the distribution radio wave supply path BD1 for the radio wave supply path, when both of the receivers 13, 14 are in operation.
