PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry water stop structure of an outer wall joint with a penetration material such as a plate penetrated, capable of putting the outer wall joint with the penetration material such as the plate penetrated, in a firm water stop state by easy construction with a simple structure, while being a dry system. SOLUTION: Upper and lower dry secondary joint water stop materials 8 and 8 are arranged in outer wall joint parts 4a and 4b on both sides extending in the vertical direction by sandwiching a penetration part of the penetration material 3 such as the plate, and a dry penetration part water stop material 10 is provided for stopping water between these materials. The penetration part water stop material 10 has a part 21 projecting to the back face side of an upper side joint water stop material 8, a part 22 projecting to the outdoor side of a lower side joint water stop material 8, and an intermediate part 23 for connecting both parts 21 and 22.
