PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall panel joint structure capable of improving workability of position adjusting work in the case an exterior wall panel is mounted to a structure skeleton, and its construction method. SOLUTION: The exterior wall panel joint structure K is the exterior wall panel joint structure K connecting the exterior wall panel 1 to the structure skeleton by using a fastener 2, and is provided with a positional ribband means 20 preventing a position shift in the horizontal direction of the front end of a level adjusting bolt 11 adjusting a level of the exterior wall panel 1, and the exterior wall panel 1 is connected to the structure skeleton while preventing the positional shift in the horizontal direction of the front end of the level adjusting bolt 11 of the level of the exterior wall panel by the ribband means 20.
